That's just its high Jan. 2015. May or may not get quite that high.
You didn't have to pull all the charts down Kevin.

9 out of 10 Vix long signals are as good as toilet paper.
May get a bounce here.

Ez to do once you learn the flashing price pattern.

Actually that approach is what I have been using since the election, and I think I will see how it plays out as a Collective2 system - hence the removal of the system specifics. As your experience with Collective2 will confirm, you really can't be charging for stuff you post for free elsewhere.

Just looking at everything pair trade on C2 the other day, not one has been successful.
I like the concept though.

The challenge with any pair trade is that one side typically loses money, just not as fast as the other side gains. Example - long $10,000 and short $10,000 in a given pair, which closes profitably after 2 weeks for a net gain of $500 (long wins $1000, short loses $500). Your gain is really only $500/$20,000 or 2.5% versus the 10% win going long only. The cost of the balanced hedge hurts you somewhat even though the strategy may be highly successful.
These systems win% are always looking crappy since half the trade are usually at a loss. That is the way the system is designed, though.

I think best to go with ETFs, not stocks if doing so. What is the rate of success with pairs and what kind of return can you expect?
