Hello alf44,

Thanks for the explanation.

No, I haven't had the opportunity to be in the forums much. I had just found the post about the bb squeeze and thought it interesting.

Regards,
Frank

I noticed that wallstreetgenius said "and I preferable like entries when it's below 50". So would adding the line "and RSI(2) is below 50" help to reduce the list of stocks to a more reasonable number and give stronger (possibly) stocks to pick from?

snappy, what I usually do is draw out the picture/parameters you want to see in order to narrow it down. for example, what is the profile of the great buy look like?

try adding..

RSI(2) crossed above 70 within the last 1 days
weekly rsi(2) crossed above 70 within the last 1 days
williams %r(2) crossed above -20 within the last 1 days

@ptthomas215, yes that is what I was trying to do, narrow down the prospects. If he said he prefers an entry point when RSI(2) is below 50, it would make sense to add that line to test the strength of the statement.

I don't think by what he said you would want to consider an entry point nearing the top of the RSI chart IMO.
Thanks
