Fetcher[ RSI(14) 1 day ago was below 70 for the last 700 days RSI(14) 1 day ago was above 20 for the last 700 days and draw RSI(14) line at 70 and draw RSI(14) line at 20 Average Volume(30) is above 200000 close > 1 ]
