What would be the purpose of doing this? Seems useless for SF filters and trading?

levamist ask a simple yes or no question and you didn't give him an answer, but rather a lecture!

Hi,
Suppose the filter bring up 150 stocks,
----
levamit,
I don't believe you can add a column that will return the number of stocks that a filter provides. An added column will reflect the indicator's value per stock.
However, since StockFetcher will tell you how many stocks are "fetched" from the filter, you could run the filter and build a spreadsheet and enter each day's value and then do some math on the daily entries.
----
The other way I read your request... You wish to add a column to "number" the fetched stocks. Again, this is not possible.
You could download the returned stocks into a spreadsheet and then number them (Download CSV is found by clicking the More... button).
---
If the purpose of your request is to number the stocks to change the sort order... it is possible to sort on a column or the stock name.
---
Please work through the manual : http://www3.stockfetcher.com/download/sfuserguide2_0.pdf

This would be a simple request for Stockfetcher and would benefit many Stockfetcher users.
Example:
Filter returns 150 stocks
You want to select the top 30 sorted by column 9 for potential trading.
You click on the column and the filter ranks and numbers the results, you see where number 30 is so you don't have to count from the top down.
Add column Rank, for example, so that this is an option for those who would like the feature and not required for those who don't.
