Do the box theory and buy higher priced stocks. Leverage your money to make money. Start with 10k and use margin. 8 trades will make you a million dollars if you make 50% each time. Of course your not going to get lucky every trade but the key is to limit your losses. I use Darvis box theory to do this. I usually can limit my losses to about 10% or so. After 12 trades I should be a millionaire if I stay disciplined.

Principle Borrowed Profit
$10,000 $10,000 $10,000
$20,000 $20,000 $20,000
$40,000 $40,000 $40,000
$80,000 $80,000 $80,000
$160,000 $160,000 $160,000
$320,000 $320,000 $320,000
$640,000 $640,000 $640,000
$1,280,000 $1,280,000 $1,280,000

That is the power of margin and leveraging your money. Notice after 8 trades your a millionaire making 50% profit on each trade. Using the box theory by Darvis this is possible. I am doing it now.

By the way, the point of margin is to allow you to make double what you normally could have made. Instead of having to double a stock you can just make 50% and double your money because of margin.

Noah,

I read the book and would love to see how you implement the BOX THEORY.

I Think that you have to look at stocks -regardless of price - that are liquid.

I played the penny game - and got burned. but I have learned that some stocks that are $100
move 10 - 15% just like lower priced stocks (look at the charts.
You don't have to hit a home run every time!!!
