From what I gathered...

From DeMark
" 9 consecutive closes less than the trading close 4 days earlier (13 days ago)..."
Current price < LOW 4 days ago (Day 6)
Bullish Version...

----
price 9 days ago < close 13 days ago
price 8 days ago < price 13 days ago
price 7 days ago < price 13 days ago
price 6 days ago < price 13 days ago
price 5 days ago < price 13 days ago
price 4 days ago < price 13 days ago
price 3 days ago < price 13 days ago
price 2 days ago < price 13 days ago
price 1 days ago < price 13 days ago
price < low 4 days ago

optionable
not etf
atr(14) > .75
Average Volume(30) > 500000

My take was 9 consecutive days where it was below 4 days ago And not all on the same day look back. So you may have an up day but it has to close below 4 days back. So day 9 look back day would be sequence number 5 per se.

So in your example

Close 9 days ago < close 13 days ago
Close 8 days ago < Close 12 days ago

Etc

Ok

Caveman Coded version

price 9 days ago < close 13 days ago
price 8 days ago < price 12 days ago
price 7 days ago < price 11 days ago
price 6 days ago < price 10 days ago
price 5 days ago < price 9 days ago
price 4 days ago < price 8 days ago
price 3 days ago < price 7 days ago
price 2 days ago < price 6 days ago
price 1 days ago < price 5 days ago
price < low 4 days ago

optionable
not etf
atr(14) > .75
Average Volume(30) > 500000

Kinda Similar to outside of the Bollinger and waiting for the spring to rebound... trading...

Thanks Kevin and dashover.

In the video he specifically mentions something not in the book. Day 9 low has to be below day 6 low or you have at least one day of down. So I added the low < low 3 days ago. Added above EMA(250) for bullish trend.

I'm gonna try some naked puts on the liquid stuff that has high vol and tight B/A spreads around 40 DTE.

My evolution of the filter (bullish)
