Ok folks I have just recently been aware of looking for divergences on cretin indicators... Slow Stk and Billy seem like they work well.... I really like the set up when Slow Stk is higher than the Slow Stk last swing low, but price is lower than the last price swing low.
Anyway here is a quick and dirty Billy divergence filter..... you need to look at other indicators for conformation..... if the MACD is screaming down you have no chance.

Today's Secret Trading Tip
Net Buyers or Sellers?
A question I receive often is, "How can there be more buyers or sellers at one price? Isn't there a buyer for every seller and a seller for every buyer?"
Of course the answer is yes. What people are forgetting, however, is that there is a bid and an ask, and only one of them can be traded at a time.
If the ES is trading at 900.50, the bid is either 900.25 or 900.50. The answer depends on which way the market has just traded. Let's make it easy and simply say the ES is between 900.25 & 900.50, making the bid is 900.25. In order for the market to move from 900.25 to 900.50, someone must pay up to get filled.
You may not be in a hurry and attempt to wait to buy 900.25, but that will usually only happen when the bid/ask drops to 900.00 & 900.25 and you are actually filled on the ask.
But if you really want to get filled, you must pay up at the offer or risk missing the trade. Conversely, if you really want to get filled on a short sale, you must hit the bid, or reach down to get filled.
Sure, there is someone on the other side of the trade, but without you choosing to reach up and pay the offer, the market stands still. Therefore when trades are done at the offer it is properly said to be done by the buyers, even though there are sellers at that price taking the other side.
If you don't believe me, place a market order today. Every buy will be filled on the offer and every sell will be filled on the bid, period.
Let's say we once more have a number of 900.50 and we see that over time (sometimes just a few seconds) the fills were 100x1300. We can say that there were 1200 more buyers than sellers at 900.50 because of how traders reacted to the bid/ask spread when it was at 900.25 x 900.50 and higher at 900.50 x 900.75 (called the spread).
When the market was at the lower spread, 1300 buyers reached UP to pay the 900.50 offer. When the market was at the higher spread, 100 sellers reach DOWN to sell the 900.50 bid.
So when the spread traded around this price range, there truly were more buyers than sellers at 900.50.
I hope that clears it up for you.
Trade well and follow the trend, not the so-called experts.
Best trades to you,

Rumor is that somebody is buying it.
According to a chat guy in our room, everybody such as HP, somebody else, then Lenovo is buying it.
Some dude in the chat said they were just rumors to start a short squeeze and the shorts got killed. he said why would any of theses company's buy a broken piece of company like Palm. He said too that he expects it to keep rising because there are so many shares short and they can only take so much pain. And the ones who hold the shorts even longer, many will sell eventually. Not my wisdom, but this dude in chat... and he knows his stuff, very much like JohnPaul.
