Hi,
With the number of stock pick/trading related messages on the rise, we've created a new forum group called "Stock Picks and Trading". We have moved a number of threads to this new group.

No - most of us don't really care. Admittedly these are among the more active threads, but the primary purpose of SF forums is not to make stock picks or to try to show trading prowess - in fact most of the stock picks posted here are done using TOS or other platforms, NOT Stockfetcher.
The forums are not trading chat rooms. Post questions. Post answers. Post useful code or filters.

I think the creation of a separate forum for this type of activity is fine - there used to be a chat room on SF (before my time) that seemed to die out from inactivity.
SF - another possibility is to create trading logs for individuals here, that could be shared or viewed by others. That way individuals can post trades, brag about being the greatest, or whatever on their own thread, which could be open to others posting if the trader wanted. SF members make a request for their own thread and can keep it only theirs or open it up to the general populace. Would that be possible?

Truth is this is more or less a ghost town with maybe 9 active posters.
No need to alienate 1/3 of your posters with a snarky attitude.
And braggarts like me, though i do not always divulge all of my methods but have often,
would have come in handy these last 2 weeks when everyone was shouting short.
I think Kevin may have had some sour grapes, that's all.
