Anyone know how to code
a stocks performance versus the SP500 where
it's been doing worse than the SP500 for the last 90 days and better than the SP500
for the last 20 days?

I have been messing with price change performance during that time..., but is there a more elegant way?

Thanks!

Fetcher[
set{cnt, count(relative strength(^IXIC,60) > 1.1,60)}
add column cnt
draw cnt line at 1.1
add column days(cnt crossed above 1.1,60)
symlist(dorm)
