Is there a possibility your staff could create a situation where in our filter creation abilities we could find brand new IPO companies? By having this ability we then could put those new IPO's into a Watch List. After which, we could imbed that "IPO" Watch List into one of our favorite filters showing times to sell or buy.
We know how volatile IPO's are and it would seem they could create excellent opportunities to make money either way, by buying them or selling them at the proper time.
Let me know what you think on this subject.
Thank you.

Hi,
Unfortunately our data providers do not supply information for IPOs. While there are some tricks you can play with price history this isn't completely reliable as far as identifying these companies.
Here is a filter that might help:
This finds stocks with at most 30 days of trading history.
Note:
- the criteria of > 1 is to eliminate some penny stocks that confuse this method.
- Your results *settings* must be configured to support this feature - see : "Required History for Stocks"
At:

Ideally if someone were to maintain a shared list of new IPOs this information would be more reliable.

Thank you StockFetcher Staff in responding to my question. Your advice is always welcome and yours on this subject helps me know the ramifications and difficulties in obtaining this information. Your advice in having someone post new IPO's in a "Shared Listing" would certainly help us. We will wait and see if someone could do that for us. Thanks again, for your prompt service.

Hello,
I was writing to ask if you guys will ever offer screens for all the major world markets instead of just the US equities? This would be a great feature, especially since stocks overseas, like Europe, for example, will soon have a decent amount of upside potential in their recovery which presents excellent opportunities. If not, are there any web tools or applications that can scan the global markets with the same detail and flexibility as can be done here?? I would gladly appreciate your answer to these questions. Thanks
