I got a VectorVest trial.
If you've never used VV, you ought to try it.
It's fun.
Unfortunately, when my trial expires I won't get a subscription because the REALTIME technical indicators don't work.
That really sucks 'cause I really like their software/product.
BTW, if you get the trial .. be sure you tell them you want REAL-TIME, not end of day.

Whats the setting u used for scanning in pre market hours.can we used that tool in TOS...r u especially looking for last half hour price gainer or u just concentrate on penny stocks...

Is pre-market scanning available on ToS?
I don't know. Not that I'm aware of.
I don't have a sub to ToS. I just use the free version fo their charts. I'm not aware of "free" scanning features on ToS.
I'm also not aware that they have pre-market data scanner.

I don't trade penny stocks. I just posted the pre-market gainers this week because I had the free VV trial.
BTW, VectorVest is very good at data-mining. Anything you want to know in real-time, you can get from VV (except trading signals).

Again, my only problem with VV is, their technical indicators don't work in realtime ... eventho' they claim they do.
WHAT I'D REALLY LIKE TO DO ....
Is gather up a consortium of traders from this board.
We all get VV trials and see if we can figure out a way to trade their technical indicators in REAL-TIME.
I worked on it for 2 weeks and gave up yesterday. It just got too frustrating.
But if we ALL WORKED TOGETHER, ... maybe we could figure something out.

Karen, I'm game for the VV trial. Which trial do you have? Their site offers a five week trial for $9.95 but the trial for the real-time version is $29.00 for 30 days.
