I'm not going to mention the co., but this really ticks me off ...
I'm in a webinar and participants are asking questions.
Instead of the presenter answering "no" (his software CAN'T do what the participant is asking), he beats around the bush for 20 minutes, not answering the question.
But the participant is persistent in her questioning.
FINALLY, after 20 minutes, he paraphrases the trader's question with, "well if you're asking if .... ", then, "no" we can't."
He then goes on to say, "we get so many requests for .... blah blah blah applications .... "
Geesh!
Just say, "NO"! for pete's sake, instead of wasting everyone's time.
Your software is limited because it's pre-programmed to only do certain searches.
SMH ...
