You are trying to do two mathematical operations in one sentence of the filter (not allowed).

Fetcher[
set{Buleng,count(pattern is Bullish Engulfing,3)}
set{mornstar,count(pattern is Bullish Morning Doji Star,2)}
set{trigger, buleng + mornstar}
trigger above 0.5
count(rsi(14) crossed above 30,2) above 0.5
draw Buleng
draw mornstar ]
