8/27/2017 7:05:01 PM Graft, I cannot answer your question on the 2 completed weekly candles, as candles are not my area of understanding. I personally like weekly PPO to have flattened, so if you drew a regression line from 1 week back it would run right into the EMA. I have a question for you...Im in MU right now. Love the weekly outlook, love the 2 day outlook, but 4 hour crossed down. If 4 hour doesnt hold but other two do hold up and look nice, what are your thoughts on that? That scenario is new to me. |

8/28/2017 1:06:58 PM PT, Would've responded earlier but I slept in today (ain't retirement grand) Had the choice on MU been mine, I think a "soft" stop at the daily ema13 is (was) a reasonable plan, I was in MORL, but sold at noon. My reasoning (and I am not a reasonable man)? Thur and Fri HA candles were spinning tops, todays candle turned red, and the four hour chart went to hell. Also bought IAG @ 6.22. A little late, but thats what 3 day settlements do to ones plan I really like this system, and thanks to Mac to bringing it to our attention. The HA candles took some getting used to, however they seem to "rein in" my impulses. So far the month is going pretty well, but I have one chore to do today; to write on the blackboard 100 times "I will not buy VXX ever again!" |

8/28/2017 1:49:03 PM ha ha graft, I am jealous. retirement is grand. Look at MU today--what i learned is if the weekly and 2 day look amazing, you almost want a 4 hour pull back. MU up almost 3% today. I also noticed high volume tech stocks will do very well if they look good on those 3 metrics. |

8/29/2017 11:14:37 AM PT, I do not think CLDX has met the requirements of "the system". The last 2 weekly HA candles were red; no es bueno. Also, the last 2 day candle was a bit short and DO was negative. IMHO. Watching GLUU, it is going through a little "breather" the last day or so; if it can regain its legs, we could see $4. IDRA: could be a buy next week. Later |
