Do you know of any broker which provides the same functionality as Interactive Broker's 'Scale Trader' but in the Commission-free platform?
This is basically an algorithm where you can put in a buy order in steps (basically buy 100 shares at 10, 9.90. 980, 9.70 and so on) AND you can also enter a sell order with a predetermined profit - e.g. say $ 10.
The beauty of this is that you can rinse and repeat - meaning once the sell order is filled, it will automatically re-create the old buy order without manual intervention.
This is available in their PRO version - but I skim in small dollar amounts so that their minimum $1 commission, both ways, wipes off most of my profit on each trade.
