I need to design a filter that filters the stocks according to these conditions:
Shares that opened with a price gap up and are outside the Bollinger Bands
Then, after the frame's quarter-hour candle, back inside the Bollinger Band
When touching the 5 EMA, the buy entry and the stop is at the price close below the simple Moving 12
Exponential Moving 5 above is Simple Moving 12
Bollinger Bands with its default setting
