They closed our local branch here in Bakersfield. I spoke with the branch manager a couple of weeks before his branch was closed; he was hoping to be rehired by the local Schwab branch. He said the takeover by Schwab would not happen for another 18 months and that Schwab would definitely be keeping ThinkorSwim.
If I had not stopped by the branch I would have not know it was closing; no email sent.

Keeping TOS, but for how long? I'm getting tired of finding a platform that I like only to have the parent company get bought out.
