Dgoodrich, I don't think so, but I sure Quilln will be able to answer you. Quilln or anyone, what is the best setting to use for getting labels for swing trading? I been using the 4 month charts for swing trading. Is the 2 month charts better? Thanks.

First off I want to Thank You for sharing your successful strategy with less fortunate like me. I had been struggling this past year to keep my head above water and was almost at the point of hanging up my gloves. I saw a glimmer of hope when I came across your strategy. Your strategy indeed works for stock purchase. Because of my limited capital can you please advice how I can implement this with options for position trades. Ex. do you buy 1 strike out and leg in.

Now at times if you feel there is something is wrong with the chart, drop down one month (3months) to show a better label.
These charts are on a 20 minute delay and during the day, they have a yellow strip. For subscribers, it will be Green.

For sounding an alarm, it will be very difficult because which months are you viewing 2,3, 4. They all produce different labels.
I start viewing my chart porfolios at 9:50 to 10am and by 10:15am I am done.
to barrell through the many groups I have, I created a chart folder call long versions in the favorites along the left hand side.

make sure after each chart is created, go to the bottom below the chart and click on Linkable Version then click on the tab Reload with link. Then observe the top URL string. If is short, it will go to default mode and you won't be a happy camper.
when done, add to favorites folder

now how to create more charts.
View the current chart or one of the sample charts because your not going to find these kind of charts anywhere.
In the URL bar at the top and where it says "spy" or any ticker symbol you are viewing http://stockcharts.com/c-sc/sc?s=spy&p
get in between the last letter and the "&" back space to remove the ticker symbol and insert the new ticker symbol.
practice a few times to get the hang of it.
then hit the enter key.
up pops a new chart. Kewl beans.
next save the new chart into the Kwik version folder.
You can view your folder will all the charts within a few minutes by clicking the next chart and the next chart and after viewing it and looking for the labels and then make an informed decision. Simon Sez is almost 99% accurate.
GLD had a buy signal this morning.
Setting up the chart folders and putting them in the correct folder is about the hardest project to work on. Then there after it becomes a piece of cake.
Your eyes are your best alarm system.

I have bean pounding out many strategies, so I need a little help here.
I am not an options player, my son is a cracker jack at this stuff like the back of his hand.
the closest I can come up with that is on the drawing boards and that is to trade PUTS and CALLS using the stockcharts and maybe the TOS Charts by using the 13ema crossing over the 50ema with either a 4 month or 6 month chart.
Need a few days to create a model and then discribe what I see on the first pass and perhaps some of the other gentlemen can pitch in who are better at PUTS and CALLS than I am.

ps....which strategy is werking for you. I hope it is the MDP. Man, it is the easiest way to get on the Million Dollar journey.
