i am trying to write a filter for weekly chart.
need weekly chart that price has been decreasing for 3 to 4 weeks and 1 week ago price was up and close
were above high or open of previous week and would be nice to see it hitting support line and chart is weekly

Here's a Frankenstein's creation, cobbled together from what little I know of StockFetcher's code. (See previous disclaimer in an earlier post about my lack of coding skills...).

Any and all assistance I can provide in offered below.

Any refinements beyond this are left to greater minds and skills...

price decreasing channel 3 weeks
price increasing 5 days ago
close > open 5 days ago
high is below support(25,10,1)
add column sector

sort column 3 descending
