I need suggestions to better the filter below or create a new one . the one below gives good picks but few are in my price range,which is no higher than .40 If I scan for that price range I get nothing. Heres the filter:

[show stocks about to breakout of consolidation in up trending increasing channel and average volume(90) is above 100000 and rsi(2) is near 0 and close is between .01 and 10.]
Your help is appreciated, thanks
