can any body write filter for stocks that gone up and then went side ways ,not down or up for few days just side ways and is getting ready to go up again,like (exel) thank you

This filter finds stocks that are consolidating sideways. The direction stocks break is generally upwards, but there are some needles in the middle of the hay stack that you must avoid. Good Luck!
