Alf,
1. The biggest power moves in M4M's system come at market bottoms. Go to a weekly chart of the DJIA, SP500, or whatever you like to use and place a weekly RSI (2) on it. The scan from the first page is most effectively ran when the Weekly RSI of the market at a whole is less than 5, but even better results come when it hits the level of 2.
We are currently at a weekly RSI(2) of 92, so you can ignore the strategy right now, OR run it on a daily timeframe or less instead of the weekly timeframe. On a daily RSI (2) for example we are at 45, down from 98 on Thursday.
2. When the weekly RSI is around 5 (or below is even better), run the scan from page 1. This will give you stocks that are ready to move in a market that is likely to move up. As M4M states, you want low weekly RSI stocks with high X%.
3. Get a list of those and then you need to do some research. See if there has been big volume changes in those stocks, look for institutional buying, out of proportion buying on the call side. Visit the mentioned websites to find that info. This should lead you to a high percentage of big movers.
The last major market bottom, M4M announced the financials. Since there hasn't been a major weekly bottom since, he has been focusing on those stocks he found last time. He has moved to the individual stocks and the respective weekly and daily RSI(2) data for each stock to ride the waves. (in such stocks as BAC, ETFC, RF and C)

gejordan,
weekly rsi of 92? Does that come from the looking at spx, QQQQ, DIA? Just trying to make sure I have something to look at on my charts.

ETFC at 1.71 in premarket trading right now (08:53 AM EST). I think I'll follow Eman and M4M on this one today.

ETFC now at 1.67 (9:10 AM).
How do people factor in the market futures, currently at:
S&P -6.75 (-0.66%)
Nasdaq -13.25 (-0.81%)
Dow -56 (-0.58%)
When deciding to jump into a stock like ETFC? Should I wait a bit, or buy at the open?
