Edit: Could you share why you are looking for this event? I myself find the long term ma's better for support/resistance.. I find 5 tradeable direction changes in price have occurred before this damn thing moves much..

Identifying the changing trend of the 200day MA seems to be a questionable filter and it selects only two stocks. However this strategy could be improved and made more helpful by reducing the number of days from 200. For example, 100day MA results in 21 stocks, 50 DMA in 48 stx, 20 DMA in 121 stx and 10 DMA provides 251 stx. One could use this in conjunction with other parameters to identify buyable turnarounds.
