on a big knockdown on a stock like wm and leh yesterday- you want to look at the nextt month call volume- if the volume is higher than the open interest at call price above the stock price- 90% of the time you will see big move up on the stock- watch wm and leh for the next few days-- you will see this is true for the leh 7.50 and 10 calls from yesterday- leh had a low of 3.75 at which time the 7.50 calls were at 0.20 the stock only closed up 0.60 from its low and the 7.50 calls closed up to 1.50 and the stock is gapping near 5 today- watch and learn-- Day's Range: 0.20 - 3.05
for leh 7.50 will have gone from 0.20 to >2.50 in 1 day for a 1000% gain
