Hello Karen. The 20d is simply the closing price of the stock in question divided by it's 20 day moving average. Following is an example that looks for stocks where the 20d is less than .9:
You will note that this filter picks up stocks that are trading at least 10% below the 20 day moving average. HTH.

In this day and age, ure better off flipping short by picking those that trade 9% below their SMA(20). My otherwise worthless 2-cents.
