The exisiting code would have picked up all stocks (including 10 and above) greater than 1.2 if the conditions were met. The nature of conditions built into the filter are such to qualify penny stocks only.

Hello Traders,
I made some changes in the code the performance are better please update me about the filter.
The strategy is the same max 3 days holdings and buys and sell at open.

Bob,
I don't think I understand what you're after. His filter screens for stocks that are higher than $1.20. It's my understanding that penny stocks are those that are less than $1.00. I've been trading this method and it doesn't retrieve any stocks that are less than $1.20 - therefore it doesn't retrieve penny stocks.
It is true that this method seldom retrieves stocks above $10 - but it does happen from time to time.
