I need help in creating a filter to find stocks that have similar pattern to a past pattern of a particular stock in a set time frame.
i.e.
- finding stocks whose patterns in the last 3 months (e.g. May 1 to August 1)
simlar to past pattern of 'ABC' stock (Jan 1 to April 1).

You could use correlation but that won't let you "timeshift"

Just short of four years later, and 'time shifts' are still not allowed. That is disappointing because as informative as similar patterns in the same timeframe are proving to be, being able to specify a different time window for the reference chart would be interesting.
