Hi all.Have been using Williams%R(25) crossing above -75 and RSI(5) crossing above 50 to catch some bottoms. For an even tighter bottom I am using W%R(25) crossing above -95 and stochs turning up.It seems every stock at sometime will pass through this corridor. Also trying slight variations such as W%R(25) cross above -50 and RSI(5) cross above 50,ect.

Can you type out your filters? One or two examples would be appreciated.

Yea,Williams%R(27) crossed above -75 and RSI(5) crossed above 50 and close is between 2 and 60 and volume(90) is above 50000.Heres another;Williams%R(27) crossed above -95 and stochastics{pick your own periods}are over 20 and volume(90) is above 50000 and close is between 2 and 60.If someone can tweak,add to,or optimize these,please post it,thanks,Pete.

Correction:The second filter is cross above -90 and not -95,-95 is a little low.And stochs 'above' 20,not 'over'.This filter gets you in really nice on stocks like HMA,IP,and SONE!

Woops, wrong filter.Williams%R(27) crossed above -90 and accumulation/distibution increased for 3 days and close is between 2 and 50 and volume(90)is above 50000.That should pull up HMA,IP,and SONE for a look.

Note:When using these filters, set chart settings to candle with bollinger bands and parabolic SAR on it.I use indicators Williams%R(27),accumulation/distribution,RSI(5),Slow Stochastic,ADX(14),Bollinger Diff(20,2.00),and MACd.This enables the lists to be sorted for best potential.
