i ADDED THE EMA5 LINE TO MY FILTER AND SHORTENED THE TIME FRAME TO BETTER SEE WHAT WAS HAPPENING.
1) EMA5 CROSSES EMA13 1, SOMETIMES 2 DAYS LATER. ON THOSE DAYS (pardon my CAPS)
that it crosses on the same day it is often a big move (which I stay away from).
2) If ema5 soes not make the cross, my filter has screwed up.
Maybe a two step approach would work , with a signal, then a confirmation. The 1 or 2 day gain should be more than covered by staying out of the losers. Yesterday May 25, CRR is an example.

Seems to that the success of a position and the rate of closure of the ema13 and ema5 are correlated. I offer the following for comment:

Fetcher[
MARKET IS NOT OTCBB
Average Volume(30) > 123456
draw IFT(5,9)
DRAW IFT(5,9) LINE AT -.5
set{ema05, ema(5)}
draw ema05
set{ema13, ema(13)}
draw ema13 on plot ema05
ADD COLUMN SEPARATOR
ADD COLUMN Average Day Range(5)
ema(5) crossed above ema(13)
/*HOW LONG SINCE IFT CROSSED*/
SET{X, COUNT(IFT(5,9) > -0.50, 20)}
ADD COLUMN X{DAYS_SINCE_IFT-CROSSED}
X < 3
DO NOT DRAW X
SORT ON COLUMN 8 DESCENDING
DRAW Williams %R(14)
CHART-TIME IS 42 DAYS
SET{Y, 2 DAY SLOPE OF EMA05}
ADD COLUMN ZZ{RATE_OF_CLOSURE}
SET{Z, 2 DAY SLOPE OF EMA13}
SET{ZZ, Y - Z}

Good effort focusing on Xiv Tvix Tmf. As you can see, even Tmf is capable of some serious moves.
