1) The stock price is above $10.00
2) The average stock trading volume for 20 days above 300,000 shares
3) The price is below the 20 day exponential moving average
4) The 20 day EMA is below the 50 day EMA
5) The stock has pullback for 3 or more days ( Close today is greater than the close of yesterday, the close of yesterday is greater than the close of 2 days ago, The close of 2 days ago is greater than the close of three days ago)
6) The price pullback is not deeper than 50% retracement of the last 20 days trading range
7) The average volume of the last 10 days is greater than the average volume of the last 20 days.
