Hi,
Can someone please help me with this volume scan. Thanks very much.
To get a buy signal, a test is needed of a previous swing low and the volume must shrink by 8 percent or more,
and then close back above the previous low.
This condition will trigger the buy signal.
A test means breaking the previous swing low to prove the point.
