I was wondering if you guys know how to write a filter which would show two downward adjacent price spikes that look like parallel lines. And these spikes would be longer than other spikes during the past year. Such that these pipes are very obious on the chart. Thanks for your help

Fetcher[set{23highs_dn, count(weekly high 2 weeks ago below weekly high 3 weeks ago,1)} and add column 23highs_dn {2-3highs_dn} and add column separator set{Volup, count(weekly volume 1 week ago above weekly volume,1)} and add column Volup {Volup_1weekago} set{WRB, count(weekly ATR(1) > 10 percent above weekly ATR(5) 1 week ago,1)} set{WRB1, count(weekly ATR(1) 1 week ago > 10 percent above weekly ATR(5) 2 weeks ago,1)} and add column separator and add column WRB and add column WRB1 and add column separator show stocks where weekly close reached a 3 week low 1 week ago and weekly low is < 0.5 percent above weekly low 1 week ago and weekly low is < 0.5 percent below weekly low 1 week ago and weekly low 1 week ago reached a new 20 week low and add column high 2 week high {close_entry_pt} and chart-display is weekly and chart-type is bar and chart-length is 14 weeks and add column separator and average daily volume above 150,000 and close is between 1 and 250]
