Please explain. Using your filter to trade my IRA, TIP comes up as the stongest stock when it appears I should be in EEM.
Am I not seeing this correctly

That would be correct - you are using a different set of ETFs. If you put GLD in there, it would be the top.
I am now using different settings - weekly TSI(5,5,9) backtested the best of a series of different seetings. Again, this was tested only on IWM, SPY, AGG, and EEM (I use VWO now, but EEM has historical data back to 2003).
