Show stocks where close reached a 52 week high in the last 30 days and close is 15% below 52 week high and ema(10) is above 0 and volume is above 500000 and close is above 10. Once a stock shows up on the filter you follow it until it crosses above its ema(10) and then you buy puts. Keep it a week then sell. Just backing the filter up a week at a time it seems to work reasonably well. Don't know if it's just because we are in a down market. If anyone wants to check it out, I'd be interested in feedback. I tend to avoid option trading., very little patience.

sulldt, I was playing around with this filter and wondered what you meant by ema(10) is above 0. ema(10) will always be above 0 as it is price-based. Was this a typo?

Double checking:

Looks like a nice short filter. I’d add short on a gap above ema.

Not a typo. Only way I knew how to get the ema(10) line to show up on the chart.

You can use "draw ema (10)"

Appears you are on your way to a 'fish hook'
