Hi,
It's my first day at Stock Fetcher and I have always been using TOS.
I am struggling to build a filter with the following criteria.

1. Filter needs to take Highest Volume Candle within last 6 months periods.
2. Stock needs to be below the Low of the Highest Volume Candle for at least 21 days.
3. Stock reaches within1% of the Low of the Highest Volume Candle
