TheRumpledOne
I am new to the site and am trying to learn from the likes of Kevin_in_GA and yourself (I really like the filters you share here - thank you). I have a quick question - can this filter be used for just ETF's (not stocks)?
Thank you in advance

Johnpaulca - I know I asked this in another thread where you posted a bottom and top filter
but do you ever think you will share the set up in SF?
I love what you have posted with the screen shots (juicy) but would like to know your set up
so I can use it. Maybe post a link and sell the set up for $15-20 on google check out? Or
something like that.
I'd buy it :-)
Let me (us) know
Thanks

mack: hope im not blowing JPs new business but simply use this:

Show stocks where RSI(14) is below 20.00
and Average Volume(90) is above 50000
and close is between .5 and 250

LEAP appears with a date offset of 8, AWI appears with a date offset of 12, problem is Jp is giving you the bottom AFTER
the stock has CLIMBED, trying guessing the bottom in real time, the day it occurs. I can guarantee when a stock hits rsi14 under 20 it will rise , but when? It seems like the ideal scan for a daytrader, use the above scan, make a watchlist of those on scan, watch your favorite indicator on a five minute chart, wait for the stock to show long, say price above 9 ema, rsi14 over 50, and macd crossing below the zero line, credit to jrbikes for some of the indicator thoughts. You can't predict a bottom a week after it occurs, you can point it out though.

JP , is it essential to show bottoms as they occur or are you playing pullbacks?

JP's first three scan results JOE on 7/3 use scan above, date offset 49 days, UTHR on forum 7/3 use date offset 44, TTM
on forum 7/3, date offset 44 days, all were under rsi14 < 20. it's always easy in hindsight to predict bottoms.
