One indicator that can be used with others is the percentage of stocks in the S&P 500 that are above their
respective ma(20). When the % is in the single digits look for at least a short term bottom. On 3/9/09 29 stocks on
the S&P were over the ma(20) which equaled 5.8%. On 2/5/10 39 stocks exceeded the ma(20) or just under 8%

Show stocks with close above ma(20) and index is S&P 500.



Divide that number by 500 to determine the %
