In june 2007 like what happened to PMI without any false signals?
I'm starting to buy & hold long term. I know in 5 years i'll hit paydirt.
PMI looks like 1 of those that can take off again but my fear is that i would have waited that long
and not bailed at the right time. I get the whole know your exit thing. But who wants to stop if your having a good time.

I have market timing indicators that I follow for going long or short in the market. I've never been blindsided when a market shift happened. Mine indicated to sell all longs or set aggressive stops on my positions on 5/4. Do you want to subscribe to my timing indicators, mesayah? I'll save you from losing a lot of money.

$50/month is the cost for the subscription. Surely someone who owns 8 homes around the world can afford that. It's a minimal price to pay to have confidence that you're on the right side of the market.
