Hi, Any help creating tis filter would be appreciated. 2 days in a row a stock has a lower open and closes lower the next days open is below previous days open its high trades in the upper half of day twos trading range and its close matches the prior days close Thank You, Arnie

You're welcome, however there is a mistake in the code. It should be:
I'm actually quite surprised by the number of hits it returns.
