Wen you us this filter correct a 100% profit is possible.
We you backtest go in 1% above low and go out on high. Nice filter
* 90 Day Price Channel - Near Bottom */
close is above open
and close 1 day ago is below open 1 day ago
and close is above open 1 day ago
and open is below close 1 day ago
Show stocks trading near the bottom of a 240 day increasing channel
and close above 6
and support(65,10,1) is touching price
and close is above 6
and volume is above 200000
and pvi increasing for the last 1 days

ACE hit about 30 days ago and knight capital group 50 ish days ago.. both were profitable the following day but yes, too few results..

I got MBT yesterday i think it went up 0.3% should i hold for longer or sell it.
Also I looked at ACE it was filtered on June 5 2012 at 70.34 and the next day it jumped to 72.33 which is about 2.8%
In addition you CSX play was it a short or long? cause the day after it was filtered it dropped quite a bit.

And how exactly does one do that? How does one know when you are at "1 percent above the low"? How does one know when the high for the day is?
When using end-of-day data in backtesting this type of result can be acheived, but it cannot work in real trading.

@kevin that is exactly what i was thinking. How would you know what 1% above the low is. And the creator of this thread isnt even replying to his own strategy and filter.

Good linear regression filter..mostly by the GENIUS... wonder what he is up to.... I think I added the Chaikins Volatility bit
